TS Pro Color is now equipped with a new and fast oscilloscope. This oscilloscope is capable of sampling at a frequency of 20 milion samples per second (20 MSps) in the 4 channel mode. The sampling frequency does not divide, hence all channels are sampled at a full speef! These parameters are necessary to measure rapid signals in the vehicles such as ignition or data transmit on the CAN bus. The voltage range is from 50 mV to 300 V which allows to use even high voltage pliers on the primary ignition, etc.  All voltage ranges are switched in hardware by input circuits and amplifiers - NO software amplification/zooming!

TSPro of course allows recording of the measured data either as a single image or as a log where the signal values are continuously saved. A memory card is build inside TSPro allowing to store more than a hour of recordings. The data can be transferred to a PC and backup up. It is possible to browse through saved records both on the TSPro as well as in your PC. During recording it is possible to add time marks to ease reading the data.

Part of the software that comes with the oscilloscope is a database of demo recordings and predefined time and voltage intervals for measurement of different signals in the vehicle - e.g. lamba probe measurement, injection valves or primary ignition. When connected to a PC it is possible to pause recording and zoom to a particular time region, time markers can also be added.

Wast amount of measurement probes makes the device an ideal tool for diagnosing failure in electronic systems in the cars when serial diagnostics can no longer be used.
