Ingenia Duet is a single-board computer based on a powerful RISC processor by MOTOROLA and is designed as multi-purpose unit to be used in wide range of applications. Because many different peripheries can be connected is is possible to utilize it in many segments of industry and automation. A large amount of RAM and large capacity of FLASH memory ensures high performance in when used as a real time system. A standard IDE interface, Ethernet interface, USB, CAN and serial channels are implemented. Thanks to an on-board 2D graphic accelerator it is possible to connect the computer to TFT, STN or CRT display units. All peripheries are fully supported by the Linux operating system. When used as a stand-alone computer it can be used for many tasks in communication and visualization, when connected to some of supported modules it is ready to serve as sophisticated control system in automation or industry.
